When cutting cauliflower it is always best to keep the leafs on it for transport to shield the florets. Therefore imported crops arrive with the leafs attached, however this gives more work in the factory.

With this module it is now possible to put cauliflower with leafs onto the machine. The machine automatically cuts the leafs and blows the leafs to the side for separate discharge. After this, the regular procedure explained on the previous page can start.
