Universal belt blancher
This blancher has a capacity between 2-4 t/h. We have the possibility to build this machine completely to your requirements and to suit your needs.The basic version consists of:
1. An infeed section through which product is fed and distributed on the conveyor belt
2. A blanching section in which product heating takes place by spraying product with water.
3. A cooling section in which cooling water is pumped in counter-flow to the product
