Herbort model 12A/B, good condition.

This machine is used for cutting whole green beans and wax beans and the production of broken beans and carrots with a diameter of up to 20 mm. In the rotating dish, the product is aligned and cut into pieces by a fixed cutting station. The cutting station has a knife holder whose number of knives is variable depending on the pre-determined cutting size.
